Refund and Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are defective, damaged, or not as described. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached. Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return.
2. How to Initiate a Return
Contact us at info@texowell.com or 7586800508 with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a return authorization. Do not ship items without prior approval.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. For defective or wrong items, we may offer a replacement at no extra cost.
4. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product). In such cases, we will arrange pickup or reimburse return shipping.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Items that have been used, washed, or altered cannot be returned. Sale or clearance items may have different return terms as specified at the time of purchase.
